Meet the Team

Method Construction began out of a home office in 2010. Method was built as a team of positive individuals who are passionate about building, professionally skilled, and committed to providing exemplary customer service. The company was founded on the basic principle that we wanted to treat clients, subcontractors, architects, and designers with the respect that is often times lacking with other construction companies. We are committed to our team, our projects, and our clients.

ADRIAN WILSON

Owner

Adrian was introduced to the construction business in 2003 when he served as a superintendent for a national home builder. He enjoyed the work and continued to experience success before transitioning into commercial construction in 2007. Adrian started his own construction company in 2011. He has a bachelor degree in industrial design which he earned at Arizona State University. During his time in the industry, he has mastered the skills of construction, design, sales, and project management.

BRADY VORACHEK

Construction Manager

Brady began his construction career framing custom homes at the age of 16. He eventually went on to serve his country in the United State military. After his service he attended culinary school. Brady found himself traveling throughout the United Stated building retail stores to further his career. He has tallied over 24 successful years in the construction business, specializing in residential and commercial construction from tenant improvement to full-scale ground-up construction projects. When he’s not working, Brady enjoys his leisure time outdoors camping and hunting with his family.

Gregg OUELLETTE

Project Manager

Gregg has been a member of the Method Construction family for almost 4 years. He started his career as a framer in upstate New York and eventually moved to Arizona where he worked for a small company that designed, built, and installed custom home theaters. Gregg has a bachelor degree in English and American History and two master degrees in education and business administration. Gregg has developed a wide array of valuable traits over the years including a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, being a problem solver and a critical thinker. When Gregg is not working hard for his clients, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, staying active, and traveling.

Marie Parker

Operations Manager

Marie has extensive industry knowledge with over 25 years of construction experience. Marie went to school in the United States and Europe, where she successfully earned four different degrees. For leisure, she enjoys the creative process which consist of arts, crafts, and photography. Marie also enjoys traveling to other countries to partake in the adventures that come from the different cultures she comes across.

Kenneth J. Wandler

Superintendent

Kenneth has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. Over time, he has acquired essential skills that empower him to efficiently manage the intricate details that sizable residential and commercial projects have. He’s had experience in every imaginable task in the building process. Kenneth started as a cleanup worker on projects. His hard work and dedication helped him to hone his skills. He has perfected his multiple skills as a carpenter, roofer, concrete worker, ironworker, equipment operator, explosives expert, house developer, bridge surveyor, supervisor, and project manager.
