Meet the Team

Method Construction began out of a home office in 2010. Method was built as a team of positive individuals who are passionate about building, professionally skilled, and committed to providing exemplary customer service. The company was founded on the basic principle that we wanted to treat clients, subcontractors, architects, and designers with the respect that is often times lacking with other construction companies. We are committed to our team, our projects, and our clients.



Adrian was introduced to the construction business in 2003 when he served as a superintendent for a national home builder. He enjoyed the work and continued to experience success before transitioning into commercial construction in 2007. Adrian started his own construction company in 2011. He has a bachelor degree in industrial design which he earned at Arizona State University. During his time in the industry, he has mastered the skills of construction, design, sales, and project management.

Andy Nametz

Business Development Manager

Andrew Came to Method with more than eighteen years experience in the mortgage banking industry, has a successful record of building and managing sales teams, as well as developing and maintaining external relationships with banks and other industry associations.

Through his recruiting, leadership and business development strategies, he has been directly responsible for increasing the bank’s annual production by over $150 million. In addition to his mortgage banking experience, over the last decade he has been responsible for evaluating and sourcing capital for various real estate development projects and other investments including many successful startup ventures. Andrew attended the University of Arizona. He and his wife, Cristine reside in Phoenix, Arizona with their sons Everett and Harrison.

Greg Ouellette

Project Manager

Greg has been a member of the Method Construction family for almost 4 years. He started his career as a framer in upstate New York and eventually moved to Arizona where he worked for a small company that designed, built, and installed custom home theaters. Greg has a bachelor degree in English and American History and two master degrees in education and business administration. Greg has developed a wide array of valuable traits over the years including a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, being a problem solver and a critical thinker. When Greg is not working hard for his clients, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, staying active, and traveling.

Marie Parker

Chief Office Administrator

Marie has extensive industry knowledge with over 25 years of construction experience. Marie went to school in the United States and Europe, where she successfully earned four different degrees. For leisure, she enjoys the creative process which consist of arts, crafts, and photography. Marie also enjoys traveling to other countries to partake in the adventures that come from the different cultures she comes across.
